Sunday, November 1st

S.O.S. "Scrapbook on Sundays"

Time: 2:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Cost: $2.50 per hour or $15 total
Fee Collected Upon Arrival
Where: Whitehall Borough Community Room

Get scrapbooking inspiration, share ideas, and complete pages! This is your opportunity to gather with friends and enjoy hours of uninterrupted album making. Supplies will be available for purchase or bring your own.

Cartoon Creations Art Classes:
(ages 3 yrs - K)

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Cost: $42
Fee & Registration Form must be mailed together
Where: Whitehall Borough Multi-Purpose Room

Kids will gleefully create their own masterpieces while developing important school readiness skills such as fine motor skills, ability to listen and follow directions, cognitive skills, language and more in an enchanting environment that develops individual creativity. This class emphasizes drawing techniques, specifically creating cartoon-like characters.

Saturday November 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th
4 Session Class

Drawsters Art Classes:
(grades 1-6)

Time: 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Cost: $42
Fee & Registration Form must be mailed together
Where: Whitehall Borough Multi-Purpose Room

This specialty class allows children the opportunity to focus in on one specific aspect of art - drawing techniques. Students learn how to draw by using recognizable shapes and lines to develop one-of-a-kind artwork. They will discover special techniques with shading and color as they develop their unique creations.

All artwork is framed with FrameDoodles.

4 Session Class

Garden Art - Art Classes:
(grades 1-6)

Time: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.
Cost: $42
Fee & Registration Form must be mailed together
Where: Whitehall Borough Multi-Purpose Room

Drawing techniques in floral patterns will be the focus of this class. Doodlers develop new skills and talents while designing unique creations through drawing, painting, and watercolors. Each lesson focuses upon developing skills, learning techniques and expanding knowledge.

Jewelry Class

Time: 6:30 pm

Cost: $20

Matched Set Jewelry – Make a 2-piece set of either earrings/bracelet, earrings/necklace or necklace/bracelet. Create something special for you to wear at the holidays or give as a gift!

Tuesday, November 10th

Seniors Academy

Time: 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $2.00 admission and $3.00 lunch fee
Collection at the door
Where: Baldwin High School North Cafeteria

Spend an enjoyable afternoon talking with friends, having lunch, and playing bingo.  The day will also feature a speaker or entertainer, as well as Share the Wealth raffles and cash prizes for bingo.

Monday, November 16th

Toys for Tots Collection

Time:
Mon.-Thurs. 9am - 9 pm
Fridays 1-5 pm
Saturdays 9 am - 5 p
Sundays 1-4 pm

Where: Whitehall Public Library Lobby

A "Toys for Tots" collection box will be displayed in the library lobby from November 16th to December 4th. Show your generosity by dropping off a toy for those children less fortunate this holiday season.

Decorative Painting Class

Time: 6:30 pm

Try your hand at various types of weave for making a scarf or other gift - just in time for the holidays!  You supply your own tools and yarn, we provide the instruction.
